Our Experience Since 1995, Tekmaster has served a wide range of industries, from aerospace to automotive, alternative energy to consumer electronics. Sampling Of Our Projects: Providing engineering design, analyses, and system integration support for a cockpit security system installation for the Airbus A350 and A380 Structural substantiation and safety and reliability analyses of a broadband antenna and its installation for the leading in-flight entertainment (IFE) company in the US. Installation engineering, safety and reliability, structural substantiation, thermal/cooling analysis, and for In-flight Entertainment (IFE) systems Multiple interior reconfigurations and standardizations for various US airlines Interior certification of an all-new Boeing 737-700IGW executive aircraft for the U.S. Air Force. The interior included galleys, seats, ventilation, lighting, and emergency equipment. Conversion of a Hawker HS-125-800 aircraft to a special mission configuration Tekmaster was part of a team that was contracted to do design, installation and certification of an Air Tanker System in a Boeing 747-200C for fighting forest fire Case History 1 A cockpit security system for Airbus A380 & A350 wide body aircraft required safety, reliability, and hazard, evaluations on a tight timeframe. With successful previous collaborations, Tekmaster was contacted based on our proven performance. The required studies, including suggestions for reliability and safety design improvements were completed within a short deadline. Case History 2 Tekmaster team was involved in the conversion of a Hawker HS125-800 aircraft to a special mission configuration. The modification involved the installation of a SAR radar system. Our team’s involvement related to all aspects of design, modification, and certification of the aircraft with involvement in all areas of aircraft flight performance and stability (aerodynamics), internal loads, flutter, Mass properties, structures, interiors, compliance, and others. Case History 3 Tekmaster was tasked with evaluating the design and safety and reliability of a major E-2D Advanced Hawkeye sub-system. Drawing from our expertise with complex systems and parts and systems failure mechanisms, our design optimization recommendations were made and helped achieve design goals.
